Chocolate

As a small chocolatier, we buy small amounts of the very finest ingredients from the most reputable suppliers. We continue to follow international cacao labor issues and give appropriate consideration to them when we decide what chocolate we purchase.

Cream

We purchase cream from Clover Stornetta dairies, only. Clover Stornetta maintains a high commitment to quality, including a policy to prohibit rBST (bovine growth hormone) in their products.
